Saniplastec was born from the need to have a light and resistant material with specific properties for the manufacture of special vehicles that are not available in other materials on the market.

RLA makes a significant investment in materials engineering R&D and in the installation of a modern plastic extrusion line to obtain a technical material of its own manufacture that meets the technical characteristics necessary to be used in the manufacture of this type of vehicle.

Saniplastec, made by combining 17 chemical components, is a lightweight, water-repellent, fire-retardant, impact-resistant, flexible, antibacterial and fully recyclable material. Its specific properties make it the ideal material for the interior of special vehicles due to its lightness, resistance and great functionality.
